Place & bake! Looks yummy like this, doesn't it?
Dunk, bite, repeat. But are they tasty? MMmmmMMMmm...yup! I've only shown you the chocolate chip, but I tried the peanut butter, too and they are both delicious. How can you not love the taste of just out of the oven cookies? I do not know.
Okay, I actually received 4...Yes, 4 reusable bags and 8 Free coupons...so that I can share some with you! If you would like to try Pillsbury Simply... refrigerated cookie dough & have a nice, new reusable bag...simply (ha ha) leave me a comment letting me know that you'd like to try them! That's it. You can have an extra entry if you tweet about the giveaway and let me know...or an extra by mentioning it on your blog and linking back (and letting me know).
***important stuff....1) this giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. only. Sorry to my other friends, but these coupons are only good in the U.S., so it wouldn't be much fun for you anyway:(

I would also like to give a few shout-outs to some awesome people who have passed me these awards recently.
The super sweet from Kristen at Whatcha Eatin? passed me this Kreativ Blogger award...thank you so much Kristin! I recently posted the 7 "things about me" here if you'd like to know what I wrote.
Thanks so much to the amazing Frieda of Lovin' from the Oven for passing the Lemonade Stand Gratitude award to me. I am supposed to nominate at least 10 blogs who show an attitude of gratitude. 10! Yikes...I've done this in the past and am going to be an outlaw today and not pass it on again just yet...but I will...in the future ;)
Frieda has inspired me to get in the kitchen and start baking that homemade bread that I so adore! Thank you, Frieda.
I would also like to thank Kim from Stirring the Pot for passing this One Lovely Blog award to me. Kim is a fellow Tyler lover, a source of inspiration and just a plain old sweetheart...go visit her and these other great ladies if you don't already! Good eats :D
How Funny! I had just finished checking your blog to see if you had anything new!

ReplyDeletewoohoo- cookies! An excuse to make more, I am ON it!
ReplyDeleteSo torn! I desperately want choco chip cookies, but don't want to turn on my oven. Ahhh... summer.
ReplyDeleteI would definately love to try them. Wonder if my kids would like them better. Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteI would so like to give them a shot.. I am also guilty of the eating dough thing:)
ReplyDeleteSometimes I come home late from work and I just need a chocolate chip cookie fix. I would love to open that bag and try those Pillsbury cookies!
ReplyDeleteI have to say that I was a little skeptical of those before, but they do look delicious, so I would definitely love to try them!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that there is a ready~made cookie dough that doesn't have ingredients that you can't pronounce...a winner in my book! (I'm also a closet cookie dough eater)
ReplyDeleteNice!!! You hit the cookie jackpot!!!
ReplyDeleteYUM!!! gotta love the instant gratification of pre-made cookie dough!!! I wanna try them! pls? Ok so I also tweeted it....and I'm telling you here now...waaaaaant. : )
ReplyDeleteYummy! Who doesn't love cookies :-)
ReplyDeleteSometimes we bloggers get the greatest perks, don't we?
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked these and that the ingredients list was reasonable - and that there was no high-fructose corn syrup. That's so rare nowadays.
Wow, those look great and I'd sure love to try them. It's so nice to keep seeing companies, finally getting away from all the artificial ingredients & preservatives!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your sweet comments lately - you're a doll!!
Great to know they are coming out with some nice, pure product!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter loves these kinds of cookies, I hope they come out with this new line in Canada soon. Looks yummy!
Ha! I can so picture you walking homw with a friend chowing down on a tube of cookie dough!

ReplyDeleteThe cookies sound great.
Ok...I'm back to let you know I posted it on my blog http://peacefulcooking.blogspot.com/2009/07/nummy-yummy-cinnamon-rolls.html (coooookies)
ReplyDeleteFun! I too am a bagaholic and cookies right from the oven are one of the best things there is--love those short ingredient lists too.
ReplyDeleteThese look really delicious and actually my son could make these when he starts begging for chocolate chip cookies and I don't have the time. Great! Can't get this stuff in France!
ReplyDeleteHeh, I used to eat the tubes of cookie dough too! Good times.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better then a fresh baked cookie...
ReplyDeleteYou rock!!
Take care!@
The cookie dough does look good and yummy. I love cookie dough esp in ice-creams.
ReplyDeleteI love the story about eating cookie dough on the way home! - LOL Could you imagine being able to do that now? Isn't it fun when they offer you goodies in the mail like that? I would love to try the cookie dough, we are big cookie monsters over here : ) Congrats on all your awards and thanks for the shout out : ) I gave your brunch ideas to the committee (I'm not on it, they were just asking for advice) and they really liked your ideas. I'm curious to see what they put together : )
ReplyDeletei used to eat tubes of cookie dough all the time. only difference is i didn't worry about ripping it open because i'd eat the whole thing myself. I'd love to try their new cookie dough. I always keep some in the freezer just in case i need a cookie fix.
ReplyDeleteI would love to try these cookies. I hope they contact me. Looks really good.
ReplyDeleteI'm just as bad when it comes to refrigerated cooking dough...if it's in the house, it's gone. It doesn't even stand a chance to become a baked cookie. All day long...late at night, I'm hacking away at the log of dough or breaking another little piece of of the block. I have no power over the cookie dough. I'd love to try this...and actually bake it! lol.
ReplyDeleteI bet this dough would be awesome in homemade ice cream. YUM!!! I love the ingredient list. And would love to try them.
ReplyDeleteThey look more than just GOOD! They are a stack of heavenly baked crisps!

Congratulations on all of your awards. Looks like you hit the sweepstakes. Very deserved too. You have a wonderfully friendly, make everyone feel at home kind of blog. No wonder we all come back to visit so often.
ReplyDeleteThose cookies look good and I would love to try them. I too collect reusable bags. In fact I've been using reusable canvas bags long before everyone called it the "green movement". They are a wonderful idea and if you use them, your trash can won't be full of those plastic throw-away bags.
I read recently that Giada said that having some frozen cookie dough in the freezer is great for company that drops by unexpectedly. I believe Jacques Pepin always keeps some frozen cookie dough in his freezer for the same reason.
Sounds perfect to me.
Sam
I'd love to try this cookie dough...sounds like an improvement from the good old days!

Ooh, yummy. I'm a cookie dough addict, so I'd love to try these. I might even attempt to bake them!
ReplyDeleteyou KNOW i need the cookie dough - not only for late night snackin convenience straight from the freezer, but also because i have to make those cookie dough cupcakes you tempted us with weeks before
ReplyDeleteso come on! cough up the dough!
The cookies look great for a refrigerated dough. I love that they also have such a short ingredient list.
ReplyDeleteI think Pillsbury has a great idea with these! I would love to try them, I'm a fan of most Pillsbury products :)
ReplyDeleteI love raw cookie dough too! Sometimes I think dough tastes better than the finished product.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering about how these taste. I have not yet found them in my grocery store yet but I am sure they are on the way. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteJoyce

Truthfully, I'm not big fan of pre-made cookie doughs, esp since I love the action of stirring and mixing and measuring of baking, but those cookies ARE looking fabulous!
ReplyDeleteAnd don't worry abt your cupcake cookbook...I intend to use it to make some people REALLY happy! I love to bake, but not necessarily eat them xp
I have heard about this cookie dough and would love to give it a try!
