Baked Pancakes...

Made Baked Pancakes that I saw Donna at My Tasty Treasures and Monica at Lick the Bowl Good make a while back...never got blogged. We liked them, but not as much as regular pancakes, so they were kind of forgotten. But Now I'm kind of getting a craving...

    I made pancakes this morning but they sucked...a little. I have some great pancake recipes but decided to try a new one. Mistake! Yours on the other hand look great :-)

    Baked pancakes are a tasty alternative to the stovetop version. I love thin shavings of apple in my oven baked pancakes as well.
